It’s only 68 steps from the pristine sands of Main Beach on the Gold Coast. It has 23 whole floor residences, including a two-level penthouse. The panoramic views span from the Pacific Ocean right round to the Gold Coast hinterland. The architecture has been ‘sculpted’ by Plus Architecture to respond to the seaside elements providing a serene grotto for the select few who will call this stunning building home. Inside everything is completely upgraded as standard with Taj Mahal stone everywhere, an abundance of custom oak joinery, glazing that either completely opens up whole walls to capture breezes, or gently curves and hugs and protects from the south easterlies.
