Foley Park Kew is a boutique collection of six residences shaped by landscape, materiality and restraint. Set beside Foley Reserve, the architecture is deliberately recessive—cool and composed at the threshold, opening into light-filled homes with expansive views. Its strength lies not in statement, but in subtlety: texture over ornament, calm over spectacle.
Our brief was to create a brand that felt inseparable from the architecture—one that reflected its layered material language, its play of light and shadow, and its quiet confidence—without over-asserting itself. The challenge was to express refinement and depth within a highly restrained architectural framework, avoiding clichés often associated with luxury residential branding.
Our response was to look closely at the architecture itself. An art deco–inspired graphic language was developed as an interpretive echo of the building—abstracting brick coursing, latticework and moments of compression and release into a tactile pattern. Used sparingly, it adds texture and rhythm to the brand, mirroring the experience of moving through the building. The result is a visual identity that feels grounded, considered and enduring—one that allows Foley Park Kew to speak softly, yet with clarity.
