Creation Projects is a new brand for an established semi-detached home building service within the Creation Group stable. Formally sitting under the Creation Homes master brand, the building group had been serviced a growing B2C and B2B client base across Australia since it’s establishment in 2009.
Creation Homes is currently the HIA Number 1 Builder of Semi-detached Homes in Australia, servicing many of the country’s leading publicly-listed and private developers. They are also on the HIA Top 20 Builders list for Detached Homes, delivering more than 2,000 new residences every year.
The new brand was an opportunity to segment these services and audiences, focusing messaging and positioning in a more targeted and nuanced way. Rather than the new kid on the block, Creation Projects was a fresh face for an experienced construction partner within the fast growing townhouse development space.
The launch of the Creation Projects brand comes at a time when builders in Australia are under significant pressure on many fronts. Developers, as well as their buyers of off-the-plan properties, are seeking reassurance that their new home or investment will be delivered.
The marketing collateral needed to prove that Creation Projects had a strong backing and a track record for delivery in all states. We designed a national portfolio and a website experience that hero’ed the scale and impact of the builder’s work, highlighted their experience in high ESD builds which are a growing must have requirement and used text in a minimal way to ensure key messages were actually read.
