It’s 2024 and times are tough for the Australian construction and property industry, with builders facing unrelenting pressures from every direction.
This brand refresh for Creation Homes Victoria, a Top 20 Australian residential home builder, was part of a group-wide strategy to reconfirm its place as a trustworthy industry leader. It accompanied major internal restructuring and investment in systems, technology, and training.
At the same time, changes to the building code meant that all new home builds in Victoria needed to achieve higher energy efficiency targets. This milestone became an opportunity for Creation Homes Victoria to re-position and expand their reach into the retail market, as well as lift the perceived value of their product.
We brought clarity to the group’s brand architecture ensuring a strong relationship between Creation Homes and it’s sister company Creation Projects. We then modernised the visual identity, thoughtfully keeping the heritage brand, but bringing a more human-centric approach that would appeal to the hearts of home buyers. We applied this to all touch points of a customers experience across various digital and print applications.
